Export Acceptance · free working demo
Know which export changes
need review.
For developers and QA engineers checking two CSV exports after a release or migration rehearsal. Match by key, investigate differences, then keep a reviewer record.
CSV content stays in this page. No account or runtime API is needed. Start with the synthetic examples; use only data you’re permitted to process.
Choose the records and matching rules
CSV row order can change. A composite key identifies a record by more than one column.
Review or edit the matching rules
Map left/right keys and fields to their actual headers. Set numeric: true only for plain decimal values. Keep identifiers as text. Unmapped columns are excluded.
Investigate the exceptions
Differences and identifier issues need review; a match count is not approval.

Keep a reviewer record
Record what was compared, where the evidence lives and what still needs a decision.
The decision is your assertion. This page cannot verify an evidence reference, approve a migration or certify accounting correctness. Reports may contain input values; retain them appropriately.
Useful without buying
Keep three test cases and their expected results.
The free ZIP includes these examples, matching rules, expected counts, a local sample runner and a short review checklist. It uses original synthetic data.

For recurring checks, keep the whole workflow.
Export Acceptance combines three existing original toolkits: ExportCheck, MigrationReady and SpecCards.
Included in the full bundle
- ExportCheck CLI, saved rules and CSV/HTML/JSON reports.
- MigrationReady’s eight-part acceptance playbook and evidence/exception worksheets.
- SpecCards’ eighteen review cards, worked examples and acceptance builder.
- A guided comparison-to-review workflow and review notes.
Choose the free demo if…
You need an occasional comparison or these three teaching examples. Free scripts and spreadsheets may also solve your task.
Consider the bundle if…
You want the packaged CLI and reusable documentation together for recurring checks. It is not managed software or implementation support.
Price and buyer demand are unvalidated. Seller/payment verification, delivery testing and final commercial terms are pending. No subscription, runtime AI key or paid API is required. Optional runners require Node.js 22+.
Before you use it
Does my CSV leave the browser?
The comparison makes no CSV-upload or analytics requests and uses no browser storage. Your chosen data and notes remain in memory until you clear or leave this page. Downloads contain comparison data. The host receives ordinary page requests. Only explicitly submitted feedback is sent to the host.
What happens with duplicate or blank keys?
Duplicate identifiers are reported as ambiguous instead of silently selecting a row. Blank keys are not matched. Selected-field acceptance is blocked while duplicate, blank or invalid numeric issues remain.
What does a match mean?
Only the mapped fields matched under your selected normalization and numeric tolerance. It does not check excluded columns, totals, external systems or whether the records are correct for your business.
Which inputs are supported?
UTF-8 CSV, TSV or semicolon-separated text, at most 2 MB, 20,000 data rows and 500 columns per browser input. Quoted commas, quotes and line breaks are supported. XLSX, databases, relative numeric tolerances and scientific-notation numbers are outside this demo.
Why would I pay when CSV diff tools are free?
You should use a free alternative if it covers your workflow. The proposed paid value is the packaged local CLI, playbook, worksheets and review cards together. We have not demonstrated that this saves a particular amount of time.
Would this fit a real export review?
Optional feedback helps decide whether this toolkit is worth expanding. No email, signup or purchase is required. Please do not include CSV data, private ticket links or secrets.
